Delivery was quick from ordering to my door. I had forearm splints from pronated pull-ups but with the Swissies™ from Kensui I have had no trouble and am back to doing pull-ups again. Such a simple item but really effective! Sturdy well made items will last a lifetime. Will need the EZ-VEST soon!

My main reason for getting these was to be used as handles for resistance bands. They are the best handles I've ever used. Solid structure and has a shorter reach from the band attached to it to the handle! You can use these for every Exercise movement you could think of. Unfortunately the free standing pull up bar I have has a wider than average bar, Cant use it for that, but that's ok. Is highly versatile product!

I ordered the swissies on December 22. They still haven't arrived. Fortunately I used PayPal. I received no shipping confirmation, nothing at all, until January 3rd after I filed a claim with PayPal. What an amazing coincidence! The sent an email with some excuse about shipping issues and then sent an email saying the swissies were being shipped but really it was just that USPS had been notified that a package was ready but it still has not been received by them as of today. USPS is still awaiting the package. I have escalated the claim with PayPal. Apparently Kensui has until 1/19 to respond. It looks like a lot of others have had similar issues with this company. Also the last three positive reviews for Kensui on this sight look totally fake.

Hi. The ascent set of two products is an exercise kit that can be used for at least four exercises: pushup, handstands planches, and squats. I like to use them mainly for pushups. They add a bit of height, a measure of stability, and they may also help you to strengthen your fingers. For squats, they change the angle of the exercise and raise your heel off from the ground. I recommend them.

I bought these sleeves because I knew that I would be putting several plates on my Ankr for each exercise. I intend to use it for progressive overloading of weights. So I knew I would need the extra length of the sleeves to accommodate the thickness of several plates.
The sleeves are great. I am so glad I got them. I can now do leg exercises I could not previously do in my basement gym and I will be able to progressively increase the number of plates per exercise. It feels like a great investment.
I should also mention that customer service has been prompt to answer my questions.

I've purchased 2 items. Both are as advertised. Quality build and/or materials are used. The customer service is accommodating and polite and efficient.
I even messed up my shipping address on my first order because I get down like that. They rerouted the package and I had it about 3 days after I would have if I would've done things correctly.
They didn't HAVE to do anything, it was my mistake. They took care of everything on one call with no issues or hoops to jump.
I'll continue to order and recommend. Hope to see it catch on big.

Not provided with shipping/order number. No communications from company. Phone # 1-800-359-7180 full/cannot leave message nine out of ten times, when voice mail was not full & could leave message no return/response back. Email conversation response was nobody available will get back to me & they have not.
Have never taken the time to leave review before, shows how frustrated I am. Wish their customer service was one half as good as their videos.

Ordered on Dec 5th for a Christmas Gift for my Husband, have not received my order. I have tried calling numerous times and have sent out 3 emails no response at all. I will be sending out numerous emails to our weight lifting friends to tell them not to order from this company, it’s a complete scam.

I ordered a pair of ‘swissies’ on dec 5, I have not received and according to the tracking info it’s not even on its way! I keep calling the number provided and it keeps saying the mailbox is full.. I have e mail Kensington fitness with no reply!… I feel like I have been ‘taken’! I can’t get of hold of anybody. If I had the option of giving negative stars I would’ve taken that.. 1 star seems way way too kind!!!… regret I even saw the add!!

I purchase since August got two part but not third part keep email them most time every certain weeks on there website only way and Facebook messenger too. I try email doesn’t goes through there respond some week there liar to me. I going get it few day Ankr Connector there are actually wasting my time will get my refund want that part to do my leg curl . There take the mick to be honest people pay for it not have decent be honest send the items need act my professional to customers not keep customer waiting month over a year some of them that not good business.
